Funded Traders Club may share proprietary processes, algorithms, onboarding materials, support workflows, and strategy information with clients and prospective clients.

Confidential Information

Confidential information includes non-public trading systems, automation details, internal procedures, training materials, pricing structures, communications, and business methods.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to copy, disclose, publish, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute confidential information without written permission from Funded Traders Club.

Survival

Confidentiality obligations continue after your relationship with Funded Traders Club ends.
