Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all rules from any prop firm, maintaining accurate account information, and complying with applicable laws and platform requirements.

Algorithms, processes, onboarding materials, and strategy information shared by Funded Traders Club are confidential and may not be copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funded Traders Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site or service use.
